An example raised by the book is: “Young couple looking for their first home. Fair price if you are flexible on terms. Owners only. Call 4444-4444.”

I am currently reading the book “Multiple sources of income by Robert G. Allen. The truth is a very interesting book and unlike Kiyosaki, not only based on the what but the how. Incidentally has many tools, tips and techniques for investing. It is divided into several chapters with topics such as stock, real estate, intellectual property and more.
Inside the book I am about the chapters of property, has an excellent returns I get on the Rich Dad Club and blog to help filter properties previously found, but before that comment the 9 ways to find good real estate opportunities.
First of all they are 9 fonts, that does not mean they are 9 ways to find excellent opportunities or yes after finding possible businesses on these sources you must pass the property through a series of filter that comment in another post and its fair filter out the good opportunities that do not work, something like a sieve.
