If you do not know how to prepare the dish you have in mind, you could find the recipe on the internet. Then they would go together to buy the ingredients, then prepare the dish together, accompanied by good music.

Meeting with friends
Finally, another thing you can do with your partner to have a good time without having to spend lots of money is to organize a meeting or a small party at home with some close friends. You could ask your friends to bring drinks, and you with your partner simply be in charge of the snacks in addition to good music and good service.
