Carlton Pools is a great resource for supplies.
2) Plugs and Valves. With the pool still empty, jump in and check out all the valves, drains and plugs. If any need to be replaced, now’s the time to do it. Your pool will function properly if you take care of these small items.
3) Cracks and fractures. Some types of pools crack and others show small hairline fractures. Some cold winters cause these types of damages to your swimming pool. If you can identify these cracks before they get too big, it might not cost you as much money to get them fixed.
4) Filters. Check your filter throughout the year but especially after a long winter. Make sure that you have a clean filter in there and that it’s working properly. The better your filter is, the cleaner your pool will be.

6) Safety. Finally, check to make sure that you pool is still safe for children and your loved ones. Make sure that you have the proper gear such as life jackets, and other items to make your summer swimming time fun and safe.
